The most senstional part of the law enacted 1988 was § 4, which says:

Animals bred or kept for the production of food, wool, skins or furs or for use in races, shall be kept and handled in an environment that is appropriate for animals and in such away as to promote their health and permit natural behavior.

What did come out of the law?
The hens will stay in their cages.

It costs to much to let them free.

There are still calves and bulls that never come out in summer.

But milking cows are aloud to graze
